February Pageturners Book

The book selection for the February 12 Pageturners meeting is "Look Again" by Lisa Scottoline and the library has plenty of copies available in both regular and large print.

Driverstest.org

Driverstest.org is the newest service/partnership for the library whereby a personalized webpage is designed specifically for our library with Rules of the Road and practice tests for all Illinois driving license tests made available online.  A link to this site is provided here on the library's website, in the right hand column.  Click on "Free Driving Tests" to learn more.

The library will remain closed today due to inclement winter weather.  The decision on whether or not to have the Pageturners book club meeting this evening, or to reschedule it, will be made shortly and all book club members will be contacted with the decision.

Winter Weather

Melvin Public Library may close early or remain closed during severe winter weather.  Please phone first 388-2421 if there is any doubt that the library is open.  All items are automatically renewed and there are no late fees should the library have a weather related closing.  If the weather is bad, stay home and stay safe!
