Eclipse

On Monday August 21, 2017 we will be able to view a near total solar eclipse, something that hasn't happened in this area for many years!

And the library has eclipse viewing glasses to hand out to members of the community at no charge.

Summer Reading Challenge

The Summer Reading Challenge for youth continues through July and August at the library.  Young people can earn prizes like puzzles, crafts, toys, school and art supplies as well as books, for reading and recording titles in their book log.  It's easy to sign up and kids can join all summer long so stop by the library for more details.

Pageturners Book Club

The Pageturners Book Club meets this evening at 7:00 p.m. at the library and the book for discussion is "The Boston Girl" by Anita Diamant who is also the author of the popular book "The Red Tent."  Newcomers to the group are always welcome!
