NEA's Read Across America is an annual event meant to motivate young people to pick up a book and read. It's celebrated on the birthday of the beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.It's a perfect opportunity to encourage your child to read, after all, who doesn't love to read a good old Dr. Seuss book! The library will have all it's Seuss books out on display so stop in and pick one up to celebrate Read Across America on March 2, 2010.
